Winnie Draper, age 49 of Knoxville, passed away March 28, 2017. Preceded in death by parents William and Mary Draper. Survived by brother William Draper; sister Nellie Couch and husband James; nephew Anthony Couch; 2 great-nephews and 1 great-niece. Family and friends will meet 1:45pm Friday at Lynnhust Cemetery for 2pm graveside service.
