Wilma Ruth Potter

Wilma Ruth Potter, age 77 of Strawberry Plains, TN, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023. She enjoyed spending her time hunting with her father while growing up, riding motorcycles, air-boats, and horses, and playing Yahtzee and working puzzles. She was preceded in death by beloved husband, John Potter; and granddaughter, Tori Mitchell Furst. She is survived by loving children, Libby Hale, Rick (Amy) Nipper, and James Ray Nipper; grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Wyatt Nipper, Billie Nipper, and Sarah Stalans; great-grandchildren, Dallas Stalans, and Oliver Furst; sisters, Wanda Garner and Nina Thomas; and brother Steve (Cathy) Fowler. A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel, 2000 Powell Dr., Powell, TN 37849, officiated by, Rev. Jack Ritters.
