William Robert Welch

William Robert Welch, age 70 of Knoxville, passed away December 14, 2025. He was a member of West Haven Baptist Church. He also served in the Army Reserves for over 10 years. William will be remembered as a loving son and brother, who enjoyed working outdoors. Preceded in death by father Charles Welch and brother David Welch. Survived by mother Louise Cooter, sister Cynthia Fox (Lonnie), nephews Lonnie Fox, Jr. and Clint Fox (Devan), great-nieces Adrian and Katie Fox, several special family and friends.
