William (Bill) Smithson, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Preceded in death by wife, Phyllis Collignon Smithson. Survived by 3 loving daughters, Lisa Smithson (Tony Fritts), Robin Smithson and Julie Smithson. Special thanks to NHC Healthcare and Fort Sanders Hospital.
