William Jason McMahan, our loving brother, age 51 of Knoxville, TN passed away tragically on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. He was a husband, father, brother and uncle who enjoyed riding his Harley as it gave him peace and freedom. In addition, Jason was loving and would do anything for anyone. He was very artistic, compassionate, giving person and would do anything for anyone. He was a skilled jack of all trades. He loved his boys immensely and they loved him and accepted the type of Dad he was. He was preceded in death by his father, William “Sonny” McMahan, Jr and mother, Colleen “Corky” McMahan; father-in-law, Charles Baker McLemore; mother-in-law, Ethel “Jo” McLemore; brother-in-law, Kevin McLemore. He is survived by his wife, Amy McMahan; sons, Caleb and Caden McMahan; sisters, Julie Bradley, Tracy McMahan Grose, and Wilma Cooper; brother in laws, Chris and Jay Jay McLemore and several nephews. The family will have a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. There will be no graveside service. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to Sacred Ground Hospice House. Online condolences may be extended at www.mynattfh.com.
