William (Bill) E. Bayless

William E. (Bill) Bayless, age 75, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024. Bill was a graduate of Halls High School and a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was retired from Hallsdale-Powell Utilities District. Preceded in death by parents P.L. Jr., and Virginia Bayless, brother Alan Bayless, sister Susie Bayless Corum.
