Wesley Alan Staley

Wesley Alan Staley, age 50, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

Wesley fought a long battle with his heart and did it with honor and dignity but lost the battle in the end. He was a truck driver and dump truck driver all of his life and was a hard-working man. He started riding dirt bikes and motorcycles at a young age and made many friends in his adventures. Wesley was a loving boyfriend, father, son, grandfather, brother, nephew, uncle and friend. Those that knew him, loved him. He will be missed so much by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Diane Shuler; father, Virgil (Bud) Shuler; grandparents, Edna and Henry Lethco, Mary and Frank Staley; uncle, Uncle Walt.

Wesley is survived by his girlfriend, Linda Letsinger; daughter, Erin Brookshire (Dakota); son, Sean Staley (Cassie); sisters, Tiffany Shuler, Brandi Taylor (Brian), Corrie Shuler; father, Terry Staley; brothers, Brett, Justin and Craig Staley; grandchildren, Grant and Karter Brookshire; aunts, Pam Allen (Danny); Linda Gilbert, Vickey Lamb, Mickey McGill; uncles, Donald Gilbert, Larry Staley; special aunt, Shirley Scrudder; special nephew, Tristan Branson; many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Friends my visit with the family on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 7:00pm with Pastor Tommy Bellamy officiating.
