Wesley Ray Noe

Wesley Ray Noe, age 35, of Powell, TN, passed away on November 1, 2025. He worked in construction for Good Guys, Inc.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Christopher Noe, stepson, David Mullins, grandparents, Johnny and Martha Barr, aunt, Sandra Phillips, and grandfather, George Shoffner.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Mullins, mother Rhonda Shoffner, step-dad Paul Shoffner, grandmother Dorothy Shoffner, step-daughter Elizabeth Mullins, step-son Michael Mullins, sisters Sarah Noe, Patricia Wells (Josh), step-sister Kayla Epling (Cody), uncle Mike Shoffner, mother & father-in-law Donnie and Elaine Spears, aunt Cindy Adams, nieces & nephews Bentley, Conner, Brody, Lanee, Jace, Adalee, Isaac, Adam, Caleb, and Braylen.

Special friends he called brothers and sisters: John & Devan Williams, Sam & Lisa Daily, Kevin Earney, Ben O’mary, Ken Hamilton, and Rick Plont.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 7, 2025, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm with a 7:00 pm service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, 4131 E. Emory Rd. Knoxville, TN 37938. Family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, at 12:15 pm on Saturday, November 8, 2025, to go in procession to Fort Sumter Cemetery for a 1:00 pm graveside service.
