Wendy Michelle Franse, age 51, of Powell, TN passed away Friday, July 25, 2025 in Gainesville, Florida. She attended Powell High School and was a member of Interlachen Methodist Church (Women In Faith).
She was preceded in death by father, Jimmy Ray Franse; grandparents, Victor and Evelyn Upchurch and Denver and Cora Franse; aunt, Brenda Upchurch; niece, Victoria Hemphill.
Wendy is survived by her parents, Paul and Gloria Bosma; sister, Jennifer Hemphill and brother-in-law, Bill Hemphill; Uncles, Victor (Sondra) Upchurch, Jr., Matt (Judy) Bosma, Mark (Bev) Bosma, Steve Bosma, Mike Upchurch; cousins, Kelli (Derek) Wiles, Glen (Carrie) Upchurch, Terry (Crystal) Upchurch, Brandon Rose, Justin (Mary Beth) Greene, Hunter Bosma, Hali, Taylor, Anna and Tori Upchurch.
Family and friends will meet at 11:45am, Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Bells Campground Cemetery in Powell, TN for a 12:00 noon graveside service.
