Wanda Williford Joiner, age 76, has moved. Her new address is One New Heaven Mansion located just off the streets of gold in her Father's house. Wanda has been looking forward to this move for many years and on September 27, 2024, the final touches on her Mansion were completed. Wanda is now in the Arms of Jesus. She is with her mother, Beulah Williford; her dad, Clifford C. Williford Sr; and the love of her life, Jay Joiner. Wanda was welcomed by numerous other family members as well, including her brother, Clifford Williford Jr; sister, Linda Pickens; and son-in-law, James Brown III. You can find her celebrating at the throne of God.
Wanda is waiting patiently for her beloved twin sister, Donna K Smith; her precious children, DeAnn Brown, Melinda (Greg) Penner, and Jim Joiner, her “elegant eight” Jessica Kershaw (Ben), Sylvia Ricci (Addison), Emily Yates (Josh), Ethan Joiner, and Tyler Joiner, and her little peanut, Carson Ricci.
When Wanda was feeling well, she would be on the farm with her daughter DeAnn and sister Donna, taking care of her 6 goats: Billy, April, Wendy, Bell, Bo, and Spencer. Animal crackers became a “must” on the weekly grocery list. What joy mom found in caring for animals. She was the animal whisperer. Any lost or feral animal found their way to mom's house. It didn't matter how many she had; if another animal needed a home, we knew mom would take care of them.
This beautiful walking, talking miracle of God could be found frequently at a doctor's office or local emergency room. Mom would question why she was always sick but before we could answer, we would hear her ask the same question to everyone who entered her room: “Do you know my Jesus?”
It was clear to her family that God was using mom to plant seeds for him.
Wanda invites everyone to come live with her in her new eternal home called Heaven. Directions to her new home are simple: Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Then your mansion will be under construction. The price has already been paid. To quote mom just one more time, “Do you know my Jesus? Let me tell you what he has done for me.”
