Virginia Faye Broyles

Virginia “Gigi” Faye Seymour Broyles, age 81, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 9 while surrounded by her family. She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church.

Gigi is preceded in death by her husband, Don Broyles; parents: Carl “Curly” and Opal Seymour; parents-in-law: Carl T “Daddy Pete” and Bernice “Nona” Broyles; sisters: Debbie Smart and Joyce Pritchett, brothers-in-law: Winston Smart and Terry Pritchett.

She is survived by her children Perry (Sharon) Broyles and Donna Broyles; grandchildren: Curtis, Michael and Courtney Broyles and McKinley, Kennedy and Kannon Edwards; great-grandchild: Carter Broyles; sister: Elaine Wood; and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved and spoiled.

The family will receive friends at Ridgeview Baptist Church on Friday, January 12 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 PM. with a funeral service to follow, Rev. Zack McGill officiating. The family will meet at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens (Edgemoor Road) on Saturday, January 13 at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. interment.
