Vickie Ruth Chappell, age 71, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ruth Webber; husband, James Chappell.

She is survived by her daughter, Errin Debny; step-children, Michelle, John and James; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her sister, Linda Woods.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday, January 2, 2026 at Mynatt Funeral Home in Fountain City. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery at 12:45 pm, Saturday, January 3, 2026 for a 1:00 pm graveside service.
