Twylia Eads Anderson age 88 of Knoxville, gained her angel wings on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Twylia was of the Baptist faith. She loved the lake, gardening, and an avid VOLS fan. Twylia worked in payroll at Bike Athletics for 38 years and a Red Coat at the Civic Auditorium and Coliseum for 14 years, Preceded in death by parents; Charles H. and Ruth B. Robins, late husband; Don Eads, Brothers; C. H. Robins and Alan Lee Robins of Kentucky. Survivors; husband, Bruce “Doug” Anderson, Twylia's brother, Donnie L. Robins of Kentucky, daughter; Teona (Danny) “Eads” McCormick, step children; Michael (Amy) Anderson of Texas, Bruce (Debbie) Anderson of Sevierville, Jayne (Mike) Maddox of Henderson and Lisa (Ed) Steed of Colorado, special great grandchild, Adrianna Perry, 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. A special thanks to her home caregiver Ami Stansberry, whom she loved very much. The family will receive friends Monday, August, 21, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel followed by a 7:00 p.m. funeral service officiated by Rev. Tim Day. Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Highland Memorial Cemetery Sutherland Avenue for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
