Tucker Nathaniel Brooks, 41, born on August 18, 1984, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
Tucker was a kind-hearted, soft-spoken, fun-loving man with a mischievous side that brought laughter to those around him. He loved his family and friends deeply and cherished the time he spent with them. Even though times in his life were hard, Tucker never gave up and continued to face life with strength and perseverance. He had a generous spirit and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
He loved riding his dad’s Harley-Davidson motorcycles and had a deep love for music. Some of his favorite moments were the simple ones. Taking car rides with his mom and daughter, cruising down the road with the music turned up.
Tucker absolutely adored his granddaughter, Harley Vandella Weitz, who brought him endless joy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Randy Brooks; grandmother, Lucy Vandella Duncan; grandfather, Charles William Weaver.
He is survived by his loving mother, Janet Brooks; his brother, Jacob Kropf; his daughter, Alexis Brooks Pietuszka and her husband, Devan Weitz; his cherished granddaughter, Harley Vandella Weitz; his son, Conner Nathaniel Brooks; and the Brooks family of Peoria, Illinois.
Tucker will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him. He left us far too soon, but the memories of his kindness, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of many.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a 1:00 PM Funeral Service to follow. Family and friends will go in procession to Hill Cemetery for a Graveside Service.
