Trevor John Smedley

Trevor John Smedley, age 77, of Knoxville (formerly California) passed away on December 5, 2024. Trevor was a bus driver for the Knox County school system. He enjoyed playing soccer and played for many years in an adult recreational league. He loved animals, spending time with his family and taking care of his family.  He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Smedley; mother, Phyllis Smedley (Reeve); brother, Dick Smedley; son, Johnathan Smedley; stepson, James McGinnis. He is survived by his wife, Betty Smedley; daughter, Nicola Willetts; stepson, Scott McGinnis; grandchildren, Dominic and Alexander; brother, Derek Smedley; sister-in-law, Janet Smedley. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 1-2pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel.
