Timothy Dean Reed

Timothy Reed of Knoxville TN took to his heavenly home with the Lord on Tuesday August 19, 2025 at UT Medical Center. Tim was born at Jefferson City hospital on May 4, 1961.

Tim is proceeded in death by his mother, Ella Mae Loy; father, Johnnie Reece; brothers, Chris Reed and Brian Reed; sisters, Sheila Reece Nelson, and Paula Reid McCarter. 

He is survived by girlfriend Kim Bridges; sons, Dean Lawson, Seth Wooliver, and Ryan Reed' daughters, Brandi Mayton, and Danielle Locke; grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan, Chloe, Gabby, Angel, Zaiden, Zhavia, Bella, Ivory; sisters, Tammie Reece, and Heather Reece; brother, Jackie Reed; aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, and a host of friends and family.

Tim was a professional wrestler for over 33 years. He wrestled all over the United States and in Japan. Wrestling was his absolute passion and the light of his life. Tim's love of wrestling stemmed from his and his mother's passion of the sport. Tim enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching wrestling every week. He loved watching football and was a fan of Alabama, Florida Gators, and LSU. Tim also loved Harley Davidsons.

A memorial service will be held at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel on Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00pm.

In lieu of flowers Tim requested flowers to be donated to Random Acts Of Flowers 2936 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville TN 37921.
