Thomas Edward Carden

Thomas Carden, age 68, passed away September 20, 2015. He admired his grandson and great-grandson, they were his life. He loved Corvettes, was a heavy equipment operator for 35 years and helped erect the Sunsphere. Preceded in death by parents Dorothy and Jess, brother Jack and son Ronnie. Survivors: loving and caring wife of 50 years, Irene. Grandson Brandon and wife Heather and granddaughter Amber. Great-grandchildren: Jakoby, Jazmine, CaMayah, Elijah and Trelynn. Special friends: Byron Cooper, Ronnie Cooper, Danny Kelly and Johnny “Little Johnny” Boles. Memorial service 8pm Thursday at Olivet Baptist Church, Rev. Johnny Price officiating.
