Theodore Emerson Wilson

Ted E. Wilson Sr., age 77 of Corryton, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022. Fishing and riding the grandchildren around on his John Deere mower were just a few of the many hobbies that Ted enjoyed throughout the years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Stella Wilson; brothers, Charles, Bill, and French Wilson; and sisters, Jean Lyle and Virginia Penn. He is survived by his loving wife, Sarah Wilson; daughter, Stephanie Bayne; sons, Ted (Gail Corum) Wilson Jr. and Steven (Tiffanny Holmes) Wilson; sister, Brenda (Darrell) Raines; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City. Family and friends will meet at Highland Memorial Cemetery at 2:45 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 for a 3:00 pm graveside service with Rev. Nick Wright officiating.
