Tessa Michelle West

Tessa Michelle West, age 46, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on June 26, 2026.

Tessa was a loving daughter, mother, sister, fiancée, aunt, and friend whose kind heart and love for her family will be deeply missed. She enjoyed spending her time coloring, swimming, completing word searches, shopping on Temu, and watching her favorite television shows. She adored her dog, Tosha, cherished her nephew Malachi, and loved her girls more than anything.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jannie Davis; her sister, Heather West; her son, William Nation Jr.; and her nephew, Trenton Ray.

Left to cherish her memory are her father, Tony West; her sister, Stacy West; her daughters, Briaunna Nation and Tellissa Nation; her stepdaughter, Amy Tennant; her fiancé, Michael Stewart; her nieces, Shyanna West and Vaeda West; her nephews, Matthew West, Brandon West, James Ray, and Dillon Young; her great-nephew, Malachi; her great-nieces, Paisley and Marina; and many other loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. A chapel service will begin at 7:00 p.m. following the visitation.

Tessa’s love, laughter, and the memories she created with those around her will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her. Though she may be gone from this life, her spirit and the love she shared will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
