Teresa Ann Shelton

Teresa Shelton, a beloved wife, mother, mamaw, and cherished member of her church, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the age of 63.

Born on August 21, 1963, Teresa brought love, warmth, and kindness into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. She will forever be remembered by her husband as a devoted wife and lifelong companion, by her children as a loving and caring mother whose love knew no bounds, and by her grandbabies, and great grandbabies, as the snack giver.

Teresa’s greatest joy was her family. She gave of herself freely, always offering love, encouragement, and a listening heart. Her presence brought comfort and happiness to those around her, and the memories she created with her family will be treasured for generations to come.

Though her passing leaves a deep emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, Teresa’s love and legacy will continue to live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Gillespie Avenue Baptist Church, with a Memorial Service to follow, with Chris Washam officiating.
