Susan Clark

Susan Gaddis Clark, age 52, went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2023. She was a kind, generous, and loving person who loved her job and serving her community. She worked at the Knoxville Sherriff’s Office for 24 years. She was a bright and colorful soul, who drew people in with an infectious giggle. She was a very loving Lolli to her granddaughter, Novaleigh. Don’t worry, Lolli, we’ll take care of your little peanut. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Mike Nicley. She is survived by her mom, Gladys (Bobby) Hankins; dad, Jimmy (Linda) Gaddis; husband, James Clark; daughter and granddaughter, Jordan Nicley and Novaleigh Walker; sister, Lisa (Jeff Arbuckle) Gaddis; special friends David and Stephanie VanWinkle; as well as many loving friends and family. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 5, 2023, from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. A service will be held at Glen Oak Baptist Church on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 1:00pm, with Pastor Alan Inman officiating. Family and friends will then go in procession to Bells Campground Cemetery for a graveside service.
