Susan Allen Patton

Susan Allen Patton, age 71, of Knoxville, born in LaFollette, TN, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 2, 2021. She loved the Lord and found a Christian family at Powell United Methodist Church. Her life's work was helping children communicate as a speech pathologist for Union County Schools and other schools prior. She was a very loving and sweet mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents Reuben & Kathleen Allen and sister Lois Sherwin. Susan is survived by son David Patton; sisters Kathleen Presley, Elizabeth McGinniss, and Virginia Hitchman-Brisben; mother Janet Allen; and many nieces and nephews. She was buried in Oak Ridge Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 1:00pm at Powell Church with Pastor Denna Hornby officiating.
