Steve C. Allen, age 66 of Knoxville, formerly from Miamisburg, Ohio. Preceded in death by father Sam Allen; mother Icy Mullins; sister Barbara; brothers Sam B. and James Allen; grandson Oliver Stitzel. Survived by wife of 45 years Pamela; children Tonia Stitzel (Gary Norton) and Steven Allen (Elizabeth); grandchildren Caitlyn (Bob), Sam, Sonny, and Siddalee ; great-grandchildren Zoe, Jackson, and Stella.
