Steve Michael Blackburn, age 35, of Knoxville, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at his home.
Preceded in death by grandmother, Linda Radford; grandfather, Paul Blackburn.
Survived by mother, Donna Lauderdale (Tony); father, Jerry Blackburn; sister, Kristie Radford; grandmother, Margaret Blackburn; grandfather, Billy Radford; niece, Keyanah Radford.
