Stephen Wayne Smith

Stephen Wayne Smith, age 66, of Lafollette passed away Friday, October 15, 2021, at Hazard Regional Medical Center. He will be greatly missed by his wife Roseanne Smith; son Chris Smith (Christie); daughter Stacy Middleton (Michael); grandchildren Amber Shelton (Eric) and Danyell Middleton; great-granddaughter Nikki Shelton; sister Linda Graves. A private graveside service will be held will be held at Hinds Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel is honored to serve the Smith family.
