Shirley Joann Bennett

Shirley Joann Bennett, age 88 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Tennova Turkey Creek. She was a member of Glen Oak Missionary Baptist Church for many years. She retired from Silver Furniture Company. Preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Bennett. Survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Family and friends will meet at 12:45pm Monday, September 18, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery for a 1:00pm graveside service, Rev. Danny Scates officiating.
