Sharon Ann Davies Moore, Our Mom, Mamadre, Mamadradle, Mama, Ma and Nanny Nanny has made her way into the heavens, sweetly guided by the Northern Lights on May 10, 2024.
She was born on July 24, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee since 1996. She is preceded in death by her husband, Burton Early Moore I, her parents Louise Henrietta Colburn and Edward Griffith Davies of Cicero, Illinois and her brothers Lionel Colburn of Chicago and Floyd Colburn, of Wisconsin. She is survived by her 5 children, Katherine Eileen Moore Marian of Oneida, TN, Gregory Allen Moore, Richard Vincent Moore (Markita Sartin) of Corryton, Sandra Lynn Moore Al-Dabit of Knoxville, and Burton Early Moore II (Leigh Anne Parsons Dillon) of Knoxville, Tennessee, including a special family friend, David Redano of Knoxville who she loved to play trivia games with. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Sheila Moore of Greeneville, Daniel Moore of Knoxville, Dennis Moore of Knoxville, Nadia Michelle Stokes of Louisville, Richard Moore II of Virginia, Mikayla Moore of Virginia, and Ahmad, Mohammad, Khaled, and Samerah Marian of Oneida, TN. She is also survived by two great grandchildren Liam Malachi, Madison Louise, and a yet to be born great granddaughter, Aleeyah FayeAnn. Also survived by her beloved kitty-kat, Jelly Bean. Graveside services will be held at Grandview Cemetery at 3:00 pm May 16, 2024, with services provided by Mynatt Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to Mynatt Funeral Home.
