Sandy "Dewayne" Bell

Sandy “Dewayne” Bell age 41 of Morristown, passed away on January 29, 2024. He was a member of Mt. Vale Church of God. He enjoyed clogging for many years for The Randy Parton Show, he was a free spirited dreamer, and loved roller coasters. He also loved his Lord and Savior. 

Preceded in death by his father Samuel; Grandmother, Dorothy Crowe; Grandfather, Raymond Crowe.

Survived by his mother, Wanda Williams; sister, Christa (Bryan) Layman; nephew, Isaiah Layman; niece, Charisa Layman; Uncles: David (Trish) Crowe, Arnold (Vera) Crowe and Raymond Crowe Jr.; aunt, Brenda Lowe, his loving companion, his dog DeShaun, and several cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mt. Vale Church of God, at 1330 Dumplin Valley Road East, Jefferson City, with a service to follow at 7:00 PM. Officiated by Pastor T.H. Ferrell. The family will meet at 10:45 AM for a 11:00 AM interment at Dandridge Memorial Gardens, Pallbearers will be  D.J. Crowe, Micah Crowe, Darrel Sammons, Tyler Sammons, David Ray Crowe, and Michael Lowe.
