Sandra Carolyn Welch

Sandra Carolyn Howard Welch age 77, of Halls, passed away at Parkwest Hospital Friday June 13, 2025. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Howard E. Welch; parents, Elmer and Ebbie Howard; brothers, Don, Larry, Jerry; and sister, Teresa Arnwine. 

She is survived by son and daughter in law, Scottie and Maria Welch; adored grandchildren, Troy and Traci; sisters, Sharon Bailey, Judy Bright, and brother, Jack Howard. A special thank you to devoted sister-in-law, Lula Ellison, who loved her so much and stayed by her side.

The family will receive friends Monday, June 16, 2025, from 5:00 - 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet Tuesday June 17, 2025, at 10:00am for a Graveside Service at Fort Sumter Cemetery. An online obituary may be viewed, and condolences made at www.mynattfh.com
