Sandra Louise Keller Phillips, age 60, of Knoxville, Tennessee, began walking the streets of gold wearing her gold Crocs Saturday afternoon, December 6, 2025. She enjoyed crafting and baking carrot cake and sharing the finished goods with family and friends. She loved her fur daughters and chickens.
Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Lee Keller and brother Stephen Keller; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Delois Phillips; brothers-in-law, Wayne Phillips and Joey Phillips.
She is survived by her mother, Jewell Bolduc; husband, Carl Phillips; children, Carlotta (Bubba) Holloway, April (Zak) Tait; grandchildren Mikel McKenzie, Dakota McKenzie and Leland Cox; great-grandson, Drew Shipley; sisters, Melissa (Alan) Lawson, Dian (Glenn) Jones; brother-in-law, Rexie Phillips, as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to Parkwest Medical Center staff, Dr. Chris Siano, as well as Charles and Elizabeth Linebarger.
A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at a later date.
