Sandra M. Mullen, age 89, of Decatur, IL passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026, in Knoxville, TN. She loved bird watching and reading. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Bertha Mathews; siblings, Janice McKinnery, John Mathews and Roger Mathews. She is survived by her son, Michael Mullen (Kathy); sister, Joy Trichel; granddaughters, Sydney Brown (Tyler) and Jacqueline Mullen; grandson, Benjamin Mullen; and 4 great-grandchildren.
