With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch, who brought warmth, kindness, and love to everyone fortunate enough to know her. Daughter of John Dowling and Dorothy Thompson Dowling.

She was a 1959 graduate of Knoxville Catholic High School.

She was happiest when surrounded by family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the center of her world. Whether sharing stories, offering words of encouragement, or simply spending time together, she made every family gathering feel special.

A talented crocheter, she lovingly created countless blankets, afghans, and handmade treasures over the years. Each stitch reflected her patience, creativity, and the love she poured into the lives of those around her. Her handmade gifts will continue to comfort and remind us of her for generations to come.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family. Her gentle spirit, caring heart, and unwavering presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her beloved daughter, Lisa Ann Fox; son-in-law, Lowell Fox, Sr.

Left to cherish her memory are her grandsons, Lowell Charles Fox, Jr. (Saleasa) and Joseph Fox (Desirée); great grandchildren, Landen, Laken, Analeasa, Colten, Carsen, Aeriella, Hudson, Gavin, Zoa, Josephine, and Evangeline; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 6:00pm until 7:00pm with a memorial service to follow at 7:00pm with Joshua Ferguson officiating.
