Sandra Hunley Marshall

Sandra Kay Hunley Marshall, age 78 of Knoxville, passed away September 26, 2025. She was of the Baptist faith. Sandra was a member of the 1965 graduating class of Fulton High School and retired from C.L. Butcher Insurance agency. She enjoyed doing crafts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Preceded in death by parents Theodore and Pauline Hunley, father and mother-in-law William and Mae Keiser. Survived by husband of 57 years David L. Marshall, son Scott Jones (Jennifer), daughter Danesa Marshall, grandchildren Mariah and Cassi Jones, Spence Bennett, fur-baby Gatlin, several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Special thanks to Dr. Mitchell Martin and staff at TN Cancer Center, Dr. Srinivas Boppana and staff in oncology, and Sacred Ground Hospice House for all of their love and care. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Friday, October 3, 2025, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel with service to follow at 7:00pm, Dr. Todd Stinnett officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15am Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel and proceed to Lynnhurst Cemetery for an 11:00am interment. Pallbearers: Scott Jones, Spence Bennett, Chuck Pearcy, Mark Mink, Wayne Carter, and Patrick Linkous. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra’s name to Sacred Ground Hospice House.
