Sandra Kay Butler

Sandra Kay Butler age 71 of South Knoxville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.  She was a member of the Church of God Union Assembly, Knoxville.  She was an avid soap opera watcher and loved collecting Baby Dolls. Preceded in death by her father, sisters, brothers, daughter, Sherene Betty Lana Butler and grandchild, Dominique Hope.  Survivors; husband of 53 years, Charles E. Butler, Sr.; children, Charlene Butler, Milinda (Troy) Farnworth, Charles E. (Jason) Butler, Jr., and Ernest (Stacey) Butler; grandchildren, Jonathan Evans, Jr., Brent Carter, Kaley Collins, Ameyah Sexton, Nathan Butler and Brooklynn Butler; 2 great-grandchildren, mother, Betty Epperson, 6 sisters, numerous nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will meet 12:45 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2026 at Hibbert Cemetery 11417 Snyder Road Knoxville, TN 37932 for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service, Rev.
