Sammie Omer Reynolds

Sammie O. Reynolds, age 88, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving in the United States Army. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years; Joyce Reynolds, parents; Clarence and Lucille Reynolds, sister; Ella Dean Graham, and brother; Kyle Reynolds. He is survived by his children; Steve Reynolds and Darlene (Bill) Jones, loving sisters; Margaret Rutherford, Opal Beason, and Edith Stiner, grandchildren; Charitie McNish, Missy Olson, Tania Reynolds, Ashley Moore and Tyler Jones, eight great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Kara Greenlee, Stacy Lynn, and the other caregivers for their patience and tender care. A call at convenience will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 10:00am - 4:00pm to allow friends and family to visit. Family and friends will meet on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 10:45am for an 11:00am graveside service at Fort Sumter Memorial Gardens, Rev. Andy Lynn officiating.
