Ryan D. Segars, age 53, of Knoxville passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and the outdoors. He was a genuine person who was always willing to help those who needed it. Ryan is survived by his wife, Jackie Segars; children, Sharina Long, Kristina Walker, and Brandon Lewis; parents, Huck and Peggy Lemkowitz; sister, Teri Skipper; niece, Britney (Daniel) Collins and children; and nephew Andrew (Leah) Skipper and children.
