Russell Lynn McNeil

Russell Lynn McNeil, age 64, of Knoxville, passed away October 15, 2026. Russell’s passions in life were hunting and fishing. However, his greatest passion was his family.

He is preceded in death by his mom, Christina; dad, Bobby; sister, Kim; sons, Chris and Mike; and life partner of 26 years, Maxine.

Russell's survived by his children, Keith, Stephanie, Casey, Mikey, and Scotty. He has several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life for Russell on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 p.m., with a service at 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.
