Howard, Ruby Mae – age 66, of Knoxville, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 at home. Preceded in death by husband Jerry; parents Joe and Hazel Hankins; and brother Elbert Hankins. Survived by son, James; daughter Patricia, stepson Michael; sister, Betty (Chuck) Meridieth; 4 Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Ft. Sumter Community Cemetery for graveside service at 11:00am. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday May 27, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
