Roxie Maxine Davis Kitts

Kitts, Roxie Maxine Davis, age 62, passed away on July 13, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.

She is preceded in death by her son, Michael Lynn Junior Wise; husband, Fredrick M. Davis; and by her parents, James R. Wise and Ruth Humphrey.

Roxie is survived by her companion of 21 years, Russell Lynn McNeil; children, Stephanie and Casey Reed (and spouses); grandchildren, Blake, Austin, Dalton, Veronica, Logan, Peyton, La'Reyna, Mauricio and Cade; many beloved adopted children and step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, on Monday, July 15, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm.  

Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Mount Olive Cemetery (2321 Berry Road, Knoxville, TN 37920) where Roxie will be laid to rest at 1:00 pm.
