Roxie Brown Lacy

Roxie Brown Lacy, age 85, of Powell, passed away at home May 25, 2015. She was a member of Old Pleasant Gap Baptist Church. Roxie was preceded in death by daughter Patricia Gail Lacy Noe; parents Jeff and Faye Fannon Brown; brothers Odie, Virgil, LP, and Leonard Brown; and sisters Thelma Brown Dyer and Georgia Hensley. Survivors include sons David Lacy and Steve Lacy; daughter Linda Lacy; brother Archie Brown and wife Mary of Corryton; sisters Maude Keith of Halls, Christine Peace and husband Junior of Andersonville; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends. Family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel by 1:30pm Thursday for a procession to FT. Sumter Community Cemetery for a 2pm graveside service; Rev. Kenny Bridges officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
