Ronnie "Red" McCurry

Ronnie “Red” Lee McCurry, 70, of Corryton, Tennessee, passed away on October 10, 2026. He was born on September 30, 1956. He worked in construction, he was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father Clarence McCurry, his bonus daughter, Kelli, his sister, Brenda Lawerence, and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by his mother, Mary McCurry; his daughter, Sara Lee; four grandchildren; his sisters, Linda Miller, Alice Woody (Tommy), Betty Conard, and Laura Muncey (James); his brothers, Bobby McCurry and Donald McCurry; and many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Rest in peace, Ronnie.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Tue, October 13, 2026 at Mynatt Funeral Home in Fountain City. The funeral service will follow at 7 PM with Rev. Tim Inklebarger officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 AM Wednesday at Blaine Chapel Cemetery for the 11 AM graveside service. The Pallbearers are Donald McCurry, James Muncey, Chris Lester, Chris Muncey, Chuck Conard, and Tim Williams. Music provided by Chris Muncey.
