Rodney Allen Jett

Rodney Allen Jett, age 56 of Halls, left this earth on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.  He was a motorcycle enthusiast, but loved to work with anything mechanical. He enjoyed doing puzzles, spending time with his friends and family, and his dogs. Rodney was a former employee of Witt Building Supply for 10+ years.

Preceded in death by his father, Lee Edward Jett; and brother, Timothy Jett.

Rodney is survived by his wife of 23 years, Debbie Jett; daughter, Savanna Jett; mother, Alma Jett; sister, Dana Smith; step-sons, Nicholas Newman, Billy Meredith, and Patrick Meredith; grandchildren, Heaven Lee Wolfe, Olivia Marie Wolfe, Addison Lee Jett, and Vincent Newman; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel from 5:00-7:00 PM with a service to follow with Pastor Mark Kilbourne officiating. On Monday, November 20, 2023 family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel at 10:00 AM to go in procession to Hillvale Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment.
