Robert C. Maddox

Robert C. Maddox, age 83, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016. He was a member of Karns Church of Christ, Beaver Ridge Road. He leaves behind wife of 65 years, Ella Laverne Maddox; sons, Daniel Robert of Halls Crossroads, Michael Wayne and wife Jayne of Franklin, Tony Lynn of Knoxville; grandchildren, Brian Curtis and wife Casey of Hampton Bays, NY, Melissa Ann and husband Matt Burnett of Franklin; great-grandchildren, Rowan Alexander and Lucy Jane of Hampton Bays, NY; sisters, Rachel Headrick and Edna Carr of Knoxville. Family and friends will meet 12:45 pm Thursday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for 1:00 pm graveside service, Minister Edwin Jones officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Tennessee Children’s home.
