Richard Ernest Grundt, age 91, of Powell, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at his home. He was a member of Harvest Church Knoxville.

Preceded in death by wife, Miriam DuQue Grundt.

Survived by children, Terry Grundt, Chris Grundt and Paul Grundt; grandchildren, Justin Grundt, Josh Grundt, Jessica Parmenter, Kristin Dillon and Kathleen Grundt; great grandchildren, Grace Grundt, Abby Grundt, Claire Grundt, Elijah Dillon, Noah Dillon, Hope Grundt and Ainsley Grundt; sister, Jan Brown.
