Rev. Jack “Wesley” Ingram of Knoxville, TN, age 61 passed away, Tuesday, July 15, 2025. He was a member of Cedar Ford Baptist Church. Wesley was saved in 1986, later the Lord called him to preach the Word. Over the years, Wesley pastored at a number of churches and preached at many more. He touched so many lives through his ministry, whether it was marrying a couple or simply talking and sharing his testimony. Wesley’s greatest trait was loving with his whole heart.

Wesley is preceded in death by his parents, John and Berta Mae Ingram, Father and Mother-in-law Earl & Louise Cupp, Sisters-in-law Robin Cupp and Patricia Cupp Cook; Brother-in-law Roy Southerland, nephew Shane Southerland, and grandson Kaden Massengile.

Wesley is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sharon Cupp Ingram. Son, Derrick (Jennifer) Ingram, Daughters, Brittany (Patrick) Evans, Hope (Bradley) Massengile. Sisters, Pam Witt, Jean Rader and Mona Southerland; Brother-in-law, Gary (Missy) Cupp. Wesley’s most loved job was being Poppy/Pops to his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Olivia, Cole, Cambri and Maverick. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and cousins along with two special friends Coach Israel and Jesse Hodge. The family also wants to extend a special thank you to Dakotah Asher, PA-C for all her love and care.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Cedar Ford Baptist Church in Luttrell, TN from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A service will follow at 6:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Eddie Muncey and Rev. Derrick Merritt. Family and friends will meet at 2:45 pm at Stock Creek Baptist Church, Knoxville, TN, on Sunday, July 20, 2025 for a 3:00 pm graveside service. Rev. Brad Griffey to officiate. Pallbearers: Chris Howerton, Carter Merritt, Andy Wampler, Bradley Massengile, Patrick Evans and Julian Wampler. Honorary Pallbearers: Jeremiah Evans and Cole Massengile.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials be made to Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel at 2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN to help with funeral expenses. Online condolences may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com
