Ralph Kenneth Headrick Jr.

Ralph K. Headrick, Jr. departed this life on December 19, 2021. He was raised in Lonsdale in Knoxville, TN, and was a student at Rule and Fulton High Schools. He worked in the sign fabrication field for over 40 years. Preceded in death by father, Ralph K. Headrick, Sr.; mother, Helen Headrick; son, Scottie Wayne Headrick. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Patsy Lynn Headrick; daughter and daughter-in-law, Debbie and Nisey Headrick; brother, Milas Wayne Headrick; granddaughter, Tiffany Headrick; great grandsons, Wyatt Headrick, Grayson Ware and Kingston Ware. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 5:00pm until time of funeral service at 7:00pm with Marty Koontz officiating.
