Ralph David Kennedy

Papaw: goodbyes are not forever, goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I'll miss you, until we meet again.

Ralph D. Kennedy was born on May 18, 1935 and departed on September 12, 2025. He went peacefully at home surrounded by loving family.

He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Barbara; daughter, Sandra; seven siblings, and one grandchild, "Little John".

He is survived by his children, David, John, and Darlene; grandchildren, Tabetha, Jay, Andrea, Haley, Cody and Madison; great-grandchildren, Malachi, Ezekiel, Arianna, Luis, Carmen, Amir, Sofia, Jada, Sandra, Asher, Shiloh and Caroline; one brother, "J.L.", and many others.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 5-7pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.

A graveside service will take place at New Gray Cemetery on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 2:00pm with his brother J.L. Kennedy officiating.
