Ralph Linton Ammons

Ralph L. Ammons, age 80, of Powell, went to be with Jesus August 8, 2023. He was retired from AT&T after 30 years. He was a member of Emory Valley Baptist Church. He enjoyed 45 years of traveling and camping trips. Ralph was a US Airforce Veteran. Preceded in death by mother Mamie Ammons, brothers Sammie, Eddie, Elmer, and Jimmy Ammons, sister Barbara Turner. Survived by wife of 55 years Shirley Ammons, son Chris Ammons, special sister-in-law Wanda Ammons, special cousin Mildred Demarcus, special friend David Huskey. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Friday, August 11, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Mount Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service, Rev. Richard Nicely officiating. Rev.
