Pugh Hall

KNOXVILLE - Pugh C. Hall, age 88, of Knoxville, went to be with his Lord and family on July 1, 2023. Pugh was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. He worked for the State of Tennessee until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Naomi (Keck) Hall; parents, Pugh L. Hall and Ninabelle (Martin) Hall; brothers, J. R. Hall, Berney “Gene” Hall, Bill (Margaret) Hall and Harold Hall; sisters, Ahjenya “Ted” (Carl) Hansard, Vera Lee (Frank) Henderson; Juanita (Norman) Gardner and Lowell Ray “Cindy” Hall. Pugh is survived by his loving children, Kathy Gifford, Larry Hall, Clyde Hall and Peggy (Larry) Underwood; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow. Pastor Tim Day and Pastor Kyle Shell officiating. Special music presented by Highland View Baptist Church. Family and friends will meet 11:00 AM Monday, July 10, 2023 at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service. Pallbearers will be Rocky Armstrong, John Hall, C. J. Pressley, Scott Smith, Shawn Rosada and Ethan Armstrong. Honorary pallbearers, Jimmy Henderson and Jack Hansard.
