Phyllis Kaye Arms

On the evening of Sunday February 25th 2024, Phyllis Kaye Arms gained her angel wings while surrounded by her loving family. 

Phyllis was born and raised in Knoxville Tennessee, and resided in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee.

Phyllis is proceeded in death by her beloved son Dee Mack Arms, her mother and father, D.L. and Elizabeth Willard, and her sister Elizabeth Faye Sharp. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Roger "Pete" Arms, her brother Michael Willard (Becky), her daughter Melissa Laugherty (Rob) and her beloved grandsons, Nathaniel Lawson, Nicolas Lawson and Ryan Laugherty. She also leaves behind her beloved niece Nicole Emery (Chris) and her nephews (Storm and Noah Willard) and great niece (Amelia Emery), along with her special cousin and best friend Sue Bailey. Graveside Services will be held at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 29, 2024
